Which download should I use?
New restaurant PC / fresh installation
Use the full new client setup. It installs Billing, Mobile KOT Manager, Android APK folder, prerequisites, database setup/repair tools and shortcuts.
Existing client needs latest Billing only
Use the latest small Billing update ZIP. Replace only HotelAndBar_V1.exe; do not replace database, config, license or logs.
Technician needs metadata
Open latest-setup.json for file URLs, sizes, hashes, release date and protected-file notes before installing on a client machine.
Important for existing clients
Do not overwrite HotelAndBar_V1.exe.config, MDF/LDF database files, activation/license data, backups or ProgramData connection files during small updates. Use setup/repair tools only when installing or repairing configuration.
