Terms of service summary
BizFlow products are provided by MyWebz Developer Pvt. Ltd. for business software workflows such as GST billing, CRM, ERP, POS, WhatsApp automation, and industry-specific operations. Customers are responsible for using the software lawfully, maintaining accurate business data, and reviewing invoices, reports, exports, and compliance outputs before filing or sharing them.
Subscription and usage
Product access, pricing, setup, support, renewals, and cancellation terms may vary by product. Some products have public starting prices, while implementation-heavy products may require a custom quote. Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Business responsibility
BizFlow can help organize invoices, customers, leads, stock, payments, reminders, and operational records, but each business remains responsible for checking its own data before official filing, customer communication, or financial decisions. Customers should keep admin access controlled, review reports regularly, and confirm tax or statutory interpretations with qualified professionals where needed.
Implementation, support, and change requests
Implementation support may include discovery, setup, configuration, training, migration, report setup, and workflow review. The exact scope should be confirmed in the plan, quotation, invoice, service order, or written communication before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as custom integrations, custom reports, additional branches, special data cleanup, or new automations, may require a separate estimate and timeline.
Payments, renewals, and suspension
Customers should pay invoices on time and keep renewal contact details updated. If a payment is overdue, BizFlow may send reminders, pause new work, restrict access, or suspend services after reasonable notice depending on the product and agreement. Reactivation may require payment of pending invoices, updated billing information, or completion of renewal formalities. Subscription dates and renewal terms should be reviewed before expiry to avoid disruption.
Acceptable use and data accuracy
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse APIs, upload unlawful content, send spam, interfere with other accounts, or use BizFlow to misrepresent invoices, payments, customer communication, or reports. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of master data, tax settings, pricing, stock records, customer details, and user actions entered by its team. BizFlow support can help review configuration, but the business must approve final operational and compliance use.
