Shipping and delivery policy
BizFlow sells digital business software, subscriptions, renewals, implementation, customization, training, and support services. There is no physical shipping for standard software purchases unless a separate written quotation mentions physical material.
Digital delivery
After payment confirmation and verification, BizFlow may deliver software access, login credentials, license activation, desktop setup links, OTA update guidance, training schedule, or onboarding instructions by email, WhatsApp, phone, or support ticket. Standard software activation is normally started within 24 business hours.
Implementation delivery
Customization, migration, report setup, integrations, staff training, and workflow implementation are delivered according to the accepted quotation, invoice, or written scope. Timelines depend on customer data readiness, required access, third-party dependencies, and approval cycles.
