Privacy policy summary
BizFlow India and MyWebz Developer Pvt. Ltd. collect only the information needed to provide demos, subscriptions, support, billing, onboarding, customer communication, and product operations. This may include contact details, business details, usage records, support messages, billing information, and technical logs.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, create accounts, provide software access, send invoices and renewal reminders, improve products, prevent abuse, support customers, and comply with legal or operational requirements. Private admin, sales, dealer, auth, and API routes are not intended for public indexing.
Data protection
BizFlow uses role-based access, secure hosting practices, backups, and operational controls to protect customer information. Customers should also manage their own user permissions, passwords, exports, and internal access policies.
Contact and data requests
Customers can contact BizFlow for privacy questions, data correction, account access, or account closure support. Requests should include the registered business name, admin contact, product name, and enough context to verify the account. Some information may need to be retained for billing, legal, tax, fraud prevention, or operational record purposes.
Sharing and service providers
BizFlow may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, support, payment communication, and operational security. These providers are used only to run the service, respond to customers, protect the platform, or improve the product experience. Customer information is not sold as a separate data product. When integrations such as WhatsApp, payment links, email, or third-party tools are used, the customer's own use of those connected services may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy rules.
Retention and account controls
Data retention depends on the product, subscription status, support history, billing records, and legal obligations. Active customers may need records retained for business continuity, reporting, audits, dispute handling, or migration support. If an account is closed, BizFlow can guide the customer on exports and access removal where available. Customers should keep their own backups of exported business records and should remove users who no longer need access.
Public website and marketing forms
When a visitor submits a demo, contact, pricing, or sales inquiry form, BizFlow may use the submitted details to respond, schedule a demo, send product information, or route the inquiry to the right team. Marketing emails and newsletters should include unsubscribe controls where required. Transactional messages such as inquiry acknowledgements, invoices, payment receipts, and service notices may still be sent when needed to provide the requested service.
