Which download should you use?

New computer
Use the Full New-Client Setup. It includes the application, reports, runtime, WhatsApp files and prerequisites list.
Old client without Update Now
Run the Bootstrap Updater once as administrator. Do not copy config from another folder.
Client already has Update Now
Open AccountFlow/MyBiz ? Update Now ? Check for Updates ? Download & Install.
Special multi-folder client
Run bootstrap or Update Now separately from each folder/shortcut so each config/database remains separate.

Does it work offline?
Yes. AccountFlow is a Windows desktop billing/accounting system. OTA checks and WhatsApp sending need internet, but core billing can run locally.
Will old client database be touched?
Update packages are designed to preserve MDF/LDF database files, config, license, activation, backups and sessions.
Can old clients get WhatsApp invoice sending?
Yes. Bootstrap/OTA packages include Runtime/Node and Scripts/WhatsApp so older installations can receive the WhatsApp invoice feature.
What if one client has three folders?
Treat each folder as a separate installation. Run update from each shortcut/folder so each config points to its own database.
How are updates secured?
The app checks a signed manifest, verifies package SHA-256, backs up files, installs, verifies hashes, and rolls back on failure.
